At this stage, your lawn is still being fed from the Round 1 application,so no additional fertilizer is needed.

Instead, we focus on targeted weed control, including:

  • Nutsedge

Round 3 – Mid-Season (Weed & Stress Management)

Summer conditions can stress lawns, but over-fertilizing during the heat can cause more harm than good.

Because your lawn is still benefiting from earlier applications, this visit focuses on:

  • Spot weed treatments
  • Managing invasive weeds like crabgrass and nutsedge
  • Optional grub control to prevent root damage

Goal: Keep your lawn healthy and weed-free without pushing excessive growth during peak stress.

Round 4 – Early Fall (Recovery & Strengthening)

As temperatures cool, your lawn is ready to recover from summer stress.

We apply fertilizer to:

We also continue targeted weed control as needed.

Round 5 – Late Fall (Winterizer Application)
